Information you submit

The form asks for your name, email address and project message. You may also provide your company, country, equipment interest and an optional attachment. Information written in your message or contained in a drawing becomes part of the inquiry. Do not include payment card details, identity documents or unrelated personal information.

Inquiry storage and use

A successful submission stores the inquiry and any accepted attachment in the website’s private inquiry storage and returns a reference number. That confirmation records receipt by the website; it does not confirm that an email has been delivered or that a quotation has been accepted.

The information is used to review your requirements, contact you about the project, prepare a proposal and keep a record of the discussion. Website operation may involve hosting and email providers processing information needed to provide those services. If email notification is enabled, inquiry information may also be processed through the configured email service.

Technical information

The web server processes connection and request information to serve pages and protect the inquiry service against misuse. Infrastructure logs may include IP addresses, request times and requested paths. The inquiry service limits repeated submissions.

If a page loads fonts or other resources from an external provider, your browser contacts that provider and sends connection information. Browser or hosting records are separate from the project details you submit in the form.

Retention and privacy requests

Submitting the form does not start a promised automatic deletion period. For questions about stored information, or to request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form, identify the request as a privacy request and include your inquiry reference if available. Do not attach additional sensitive documents. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting.

Handling a request can depend on ongoing project correspondence, transaction records and applicable recordkeeping obligations. This notice does not promise immediate deletion of every record or backup.

Confidential drawings

Inquiry records and attachments are not offered through a public download directory. This does not create a non-disclosure agreement. Discuss and agree any required confidentiality terms before submitting sensitive technical information.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the inquiry service or its handling practices change. Review it before submitting a new inquiry.
