ABOUT TAIBANG ENGINEERING

Tooling precision grounded in your production targets.

Established on 26 September 2022, Cangzhou Taibang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (沧州泰帮机械设备有限公司) is located in Botou Economic Development Zone, Cangzhou, Hebei, China. We discuss custom roll forming equipment around the buyer’s profile, material and workshop constraints. Company history on this site begins at that founding date; we do not present earlier heritage, named founders, headcount or patents.

COMPANY TIMELINE

From founding to project discussion.

This timeline records only what this company page can support. It is not a claim of decades of prior operation.

Public company timeline for discussion
StageWhat we can state
01 / Founding26 September 2022 — Cangzhou Taibang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. established in Botou Economic Development Zone, Cangzhou, Hebei.
02 / Tooling & workshop focusWork discussion centres on roller tooling, machine assembly, cutoff arrangements and trial observation in the workshop — using supplied photographs as conversation starters, not as certified plant tours.
03 / Overseas project discussionDestination power, safeguards and acceptance records are planned per order. See Quality Standards for electrical and mechanical topics and Factory & Inspection for the factory-acceptance discussion protocol.

Direct technical consultation

Inquiries are handled by an engineering project lead rather than commissioned sales intermediaries. We aim to provide initial engineering clarification and specification review within a 12-hour response window, accommodating international time zones. That window is a communication target, not an on-site dispatch promise.

Component compliance

Drive motors across all Taibang production lines hold current CE attestation (Certificate M.2023.206.C82549) covering EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, verified by UDEM International and valid through March 2028. Full details and certificate download on Quality & Compliance.

WORKSHOP VIEWS / PROJECT DISCUSSION

Look at the details. Define your requirements.

Workshop-zone photographs for discussion: line assembly and controls, tooling interface, cutoff station, and outfeed handling. Captions name visible arrangements. They do not certify a plant layout, ownership, inspection result or performance.

Assembly discussion

Line layout, roller stands and control-panel placement are reviewed against the buyer’s floor plan and utilities. Photographs show typical workshop arrangements used in conversation.

Machining & tooling discussion

Roller tooling and interface details are discussed from drawings and workshop views. CNC and tooling clips on other pages illustrate process, not a guaranteed machine configuration.

Cutoff discussion

Cutting-station layout, guarding and sample handling are agreed in the equipment scope and in the factory-acceptance protocol.

Outfeed discussion

Outfeed supports and sample discharge are planned so inspection points can be reached during a trial. Limits belong in the written acceptance plan, not in a photograph caption.

PROJECT ROLES — NOT A NAMED ROSTER

Who you discuss the order with.

This website does not publish executive names, portraits or headcount. Project work is described by role. Named individuals can be introduced in private correspondence when the owner authorises it.

Engineering project lead

Coordinates the brief: profile, material, destination utilities and the written offer. First technical replies are routed through this role.

Tooling & workshop discussion

Covers roller tooling, assembly sequence and what can be observed during a workshop trial. Not a named machinist list.

Electrical & safeguards discussion

Collects voltage, frequency, panel topics and buyer-specified rules. Formal certificates are not displayed here; see Quality Standards.

Dispatch & after-sales discussion

Packing, documents, remote guidance and any on-site visit are contract items. See Services for the after-sales architecture.

Engineered turnkey roll forming lines

Bring the finished product into focus

A useful project conversation covers the profile, material and intended output together. Describe the products you plan to manufacture and the practical constraints in your workshop.

Destination standards & grid matching

Electrical cabinets, emergency-stop circuits, interlocked guarding and motor supply are engineered per project. Our drive motors carry CE attestation under EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU; European electrical-safety discussion references EN 60204-1. North American projects often specify 480V 3-phase supply. Full compliance details and certificate download: Quality & Compliance.

Proprietary drawing confidentiality

We work with AutoCAD DWG and DXF profile cross-sections under confidentiality. To protect proprietary customer designs, drawings and custom layouts are exchanged privately by email under mutually agreed non-disclosure terms, rather than uploaded through unencrypted public channels. Do not send sensitive files until the project contact has confirmed how they will be stored.

Make the supply scope clear

Discuss machinery, auxiliary equipment, inspection and installation as one project. Use the technical schedule and commercial offer to record responsibilities on each side. After-sales topics live on Services; commercial wording lives on Terms of Sale.
