Tooling & profile geometry
We review profile drawings against your raw coil specifications — including yield strength, coating type (PPGI, PPGL, Aluzinc, GI), and confirmed decimal thickness ranges in millimeters rather than nominal trade gauge numbers. Roll stations and forming sequences are calculated to prevent edge wave, pan oil-canning, and surface coating scuffing.
Electrical & frequency matching
Destination power grids vary substantially between 50Hz and 60Hz, and across 220V, 380V, 415V, 440V, and 480V systems. We configure motor windings, reduction gear ratios, and VFD parameters to match local frequency and voltage. Electric drive motors carry verified CE attestation (Certificate M.2023.206.C82549, UDEM International).
Ocean freight & protective packing
Machinery shipments travel inside standard 40ft HQ ocean containers. Unpainted roll tooling and precision shafts receive anti-rust protective oiling and moisture-barrier plastic wrapping. Heavy machine chassis are secured to container floor anchor rings with structural steel wire ropes, turnbuckles, and timber blocking.
Pre-shipment FAT trials & documentation
Prior to packing and dispatch, each line is assembled and tested with representative coil stock at our Cangzhou workshop. Buyers receive detailed multi-angle trial videos verifying forming accuracy, cutting action, and PLC control functions. Complete electrical schematics, foundation drawings, and English manuals accompany shipment.
