Use this page to understand the commercial details to settle for an equipment purchase. The project quotation and agreed contract define the actual order.
Inquiry and quotation
Submitting an inquiry is a request for discussion. Website descriptions are general product information and do not set a fixed price, delivery date or complete machine specification. Confirm the seller’s legal details, quotation validity, currency and scope in the written offer.
Technical scope
Agree the profile drawing and revision, material specifications, finished dimensions, output conditions, utilities and equipment list. Record optional items and buyer-supplied equipment separately. Changes to the specification may require a revised price, schedule and acceptance plan.
Price and payment
The offer should state payment milestones and whether packing, freight, insurance, taxes, duties, installation and travel are included. Confirm payment instructions through the established project contact before making a transfer, including any request to change bank details.
Inspection and acceptance
Set the trial material, sample measurements, operating cycle and acceptance criteria in writing. Agree who attends the inspection, how results are recorded and how any remaining work will be handled before shipment.
Delivery and site preparation
Agree the delivery basis, named location, schedule, packing and shipping documents. Specify responsibility for freight, customs clearance, unloading, storage and site readiness. Include the utilities, access and handling equipment required for installation.
Installation, warranty and support
Have the contract state the installation arrangement, training, support channel and spare-parts scope. Any warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, remedy and start date must be specified for the order. This website does not offer a universal warranty period or a fixed service response time.
Changes and cancellations
Resolve changes, cancellation conditions, deposits, completed work and any associated costs in the agreed commercial terms. Include the governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements in the contract appropriate to the transaction.
